Travel has shaped almost every chapter of my life — long before it became part of my career.

My professional life began at sea, working internationally in luxury hospitality and wellness. It was a world of exacting standards, where discretion, intuition and attention to detail mattered. I’ve always had high standards — and I’ve always understood people who do too. Above all, I loved the satisfaction of getting it right and making someone feel genuinely looked after.

It was in Japan that I met my husband, Andy. I don’t think he realised then that life with me would come with five children — including twins — and take us across several countries, from Ireland and England to the Mediterranean and the Middle East.

I’ve stayed in many beautiful hotels, but the ones I remember are the ones that made me feel something. The welcome. The atmosphere. The people. The unexpected details. You feel the difference.

Lee & Kin grew from that.

Today, I arrange travel worldwide — from exceptional hotels and private villas to cruises, wellness retreats and experiences. For me, it always comes back to the person travelling: understanding what they will love, what matters to them and making sure they feel looked after.

With The House — Bushmills, I created Lee & Kin’s first signature stay — the privacy and independence of a private home, with the detail and hospitality I expect from an exceptional hotel.

Travel will always be personal. And having someone you trust looking after the details can change the way a trip feels.
